Setting up security questions will allow you to reset your own password in Loancierge without having to request for one.

You must be logged in to Loancierge to perform this change:

Click File, Security Questions on Loancierge menu bar...

 

On the Security Questions dialog box, select three security questions from the 20 standard questions available. You must select three different questions. Then enter the answer to each question, re-enter the answer for confirmation, and click Save. The answer for each question must be different (you cannot use the same answer for all three questions). Answers must be at least 5 characters long and are not case sensitive.

 

 

Please let me know if you have any questions.  If you are not sure if you have set up questions, you can follow the same procedure and do different ones or change your answer- make sure to hit SAVE after you are done.
