With this quick guide, we will enable the duplicate receipt printing on each of your computers. If you have any trouble, please reach out to me our Patrick.
In Portico, once you are logged in, click “Tools” on the menu bar, then 1 Profiles, then 2 Print Profiles, then 3 Preferences…. Click on top of Preferences
The screen below will open. ON that screen, under the Generate Duplicate Receipts option, drop down the arrow and select All.

Then press the Apply, then OK buttons.
You’ve just enabled duplicate receipts and are now prepared for single ply receipt printer rolls.
This will need to be done ONCE for every user. It is a USER preference, not a station preference.
SO once you enable it for yourself, on any PC, it will be enabled for YOU on every PC.
