If you are attempting to use the Vault and you are getting the follow error message (or one like it):
It means that the username or password you are using is invalid. If you havent changed your password recently I would open a ticket with IT and have us reset your password and unlock your account. If you have just been reset here is how to fix that and get your vault back.
1. Make sure eFichency is open. Use the "search" feature at the bottom left of your screen and search for "efichency". It should look like this:
2. Once you've confirmed eFichency is running, take a look at the system tray and right click efichency and select settings:
3. Make sure to update your password in this box and verify that your username is correct. Also verify that the Environment is set to "Fiserv Production"
4. Hit "Validate" and then "Save" and your vault should appear on your desktop.
