If you ever need to access a shared file folder but do not see it in your drive list:

1. Press the Start button

 2. Click where it says "Search programs and files"

3. Depending on which folder you are trying to access, there are two different names to type in at this point. Here at Call Federal we have two different systems that store files, one at the Main Office (FS) and another at the Operations center (FS2):

 If you are looking for any of these folders:

Type in \\fs into the box and press Enter.
